Reserve Your Shuttle

All listed times are estimates and subject to change due to traffic, rider loads, late signups, and other uncontrollable variables. Changed shuttle times will be communicated when possible, and the rider should expect the possibility of waiting due to these changes both announced and unannounced.

Policies

Our foremost desire is to care for our students’ and guests’ airport shuttle needs with excellence. These policies have been developed to protect that experience for our riders.

• Shuttles to LAX must be scheduled by the rider to depart the WCBC campus a minimum of four hours before their scheduled flight departure time.
• Shuttles to BUR must be scheduled by the rider to depart the WCBC campus a minimum of three hours before their scheduled flight departure time.
• Payments are non-refundable. Airport shuttles registrations that do not fit within the allotted transit window that are reserved and paid for online will not be refunded.
• Payments must be made at the time of registration. Unfortunately, this cost cannot be added to a student bill. 
• Airport shuttles are only available for Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Bob Hope Airport (BUR).
• The shuttle office will email riders their specific information such as meeting places and times. When time allows, we will also try to contact riders on the phone. However, this is not always possible. It is the rider’s responsibility to check their email and be aware of their specific shuttle details.
• Shuttle reservations made after the final registration dates listed below will result an automatic $50 late fee.

Prices

We make every effort to keep airport shuttle costs as low as possible. In an effort to do so, we schedule shuttles to run on specific days and times that are most popular for the student body. The cost per rider on posted days is $30. Registering late will cost the rider a $50 late fee in addition to the $30 standard shuttle fee. Late Fees

Registrations made after 11:59 PM on these dates will result an automatic $50 late fee.

Refunds

The shuttle fee must be paid at the time of registration and will not be refunded if the shuttle is not taken.
